During my recent visit, accompanied by my two children, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Gabby and Chanice. Gabby was incredibly sweet, and explained everything thoroughly. Gabby exhibited exceptional hospitality and provided A++ treatment to my family, demonstrating remarkable patience and kindness. Chanice was fantastic both over the phone and in person, making me feel like an old friend. She also scheduled convenient and quick appointments without a long wait. I had a consultation with Dr Ghandi today and another specialist team member who's name was Etta. I can say after feeling scared, embarrassed and hopeless they made me feel secure to know there's hope and successful outcomes for my circumstances. They were highly professional and very caring towards my situation. They stood strong for me and informative towards my best interest. They were sensitive also caring aside from being professional. I really give this place a huge thumbs up especially in the scheduling department for they communicate well with future appointments and any scheduling. They have a great team and I would highly recommend Lakewood Dental for many reasons. Thank you guys!

They are an excellent family dentist group. Everyone says they are kind and caring. They have good practices in place to tell if you or your child are uncomfortable and ways to help. State of the art 3d teeth modeling, easy full mouth x ray scanner, denture and tooth 3D manufacturing in the same building. Phone text reminders and advanced scheduling software. Dedicated teeth cleaning specialist! Cavity repairs, to the extractions they are excellent and convenient location at (Parnell Plaza) where there are many other shops the rest of your family can enjoy as the one family member is being helped.

I have been coming to Lakewood Family Dental in Ft Wayne for 4 years. The front desk staff sets the tone for my visits. Miss Glynis is so friendly and has a mind like a steel trap. I am always greeted by name and a friendly smile (or friendly voice as we have been wearing masks for quite some time). The doctors and staff are awesome. They are professional and take time to get to know their patients. My main doctor, Dr VJ, is great. Unfortunately I found out today that she is no longer in the building. She always provided top notch service. I have sat in Dr Josh's chair a time or two. Again, very pleased with his work. I would definitely recommend this office for all your dental needs.

I had an emergency and took a chance on them. Even though the wait was long, the staff was extremely welcoming and so helpful. Leaha was the assistant helping the dentist (I don't remember the dentists name, but he was so helpful), and she was so sweet. I would highly recommend this place. I may even just change my dentist to them permanently. Thank you, ladies, for all your help.
