Non-Impacted Wisdom Teeth

Wisdom teeth are the final set of molars that emerge in the age of late teens. For some people, the wisdom teeth emerge through the gums and grow naturally. And for others, wisdom teeth often cause problems as they try to protrude through the gums. When wisdom tooth impacted the tooth that comes at an angle will not be straight through the gum line. That causes pain, and the tooth grows unevenly or partially.

Impacted wisdom teeth can damage the jaw and teeth structure. It forms bacteria in the tiny and hard to reach places. Hence it would be necessary to remove impacted wisdom teeth so that larger problems do not arise. Routine x-rays during a dental exam would reveal if you need to have your wisdom teeth removed.
