During the process of teeth cleaning, removal of hard deposits on your teeth is called “scaling.” This procedure is done using the newer technology: ultrasonic power scalers. These are given the first priority to clean teeth, as they use the mild vibrations to loosen larger pieces of tartar. And also sprays subsequent mists of cool water to wash away loose debris.
